Meet the Coaches

  • Dom Pfister (15U)

    Coach Dom Pfister is the visionary founder and program director of E2E, a premier basketball development program dedicated to elevating athletes to the next level. With an extensive coaching resume spanning over 500+ athletes—ranging from the professional level to youth basketball—Coach Pfister has built a reputation as one of the top developmental basketball minds in the country.

    From 2020 to 2024, he served as the head coach at UW-Fond du Lac, where he completely revitalized the program. Under his leadership, he finished with the best winning percentage in school history, an overall record of 41-14, and won the 2024 Conference and Tournament Championships—the first time in program history both were won in the same season. His teams defeated the number one ranked team in the country, developed nine All-Conference players and one Conference Player of the Year, and produced 11 players who advanced to play at four-year programs. In just three seasons, his teams won more games (41) than the previous decade combined (39).

    Beyond the college level, Coach Pfister has dominated the AAU circuit, securing championships at some of the nation’s most competitive events, including the Vegas Classic, the Minnesota State Tournament, and numerous other AAU tournament championships. A former college basketball and football player at Division II Walsh University, Coach Pfister brings firsthand experience of what it takes to compete at the next level. He holds an Associate’s Degree of Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, using his expertise to mentor and guide athletes both on and off the court.

    For the 2025 season, Coach Pfister will lead the E2E Elite 15U team, continuing his mission to develop, elevate, and expose young athletes to high-level competition and college recruitment opportunities.

  • Mike Michalovitz (15U)

    Mike Michalovitz joins E2E Elite as the 15U Co-Head Coach, bringing a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the program. While this is his first official year with E2E, he was actively involved last season, assisting with various teams and providing valuable insight and leadership.

    A former college football player at Minnesota State University Moorhead, Mike was a standout athlete, earning First Team All-Conference honors as a punter and defensive back and Second Team All-Conference honors as a quarterback. His athleticism and leadership on the field have translated seamlessly into coaching, where he has developed a reputation for high energy, discipline, and a strong understanding of the game.

    With years of coaching experience at the middle school, high school, and AAU levels, Mike has helped young athletes improve their skills, mindset, and overall basketball IQ. He currently serves as the Horicon Community Recreation Director, overseeing youth sports programs and ensuring athletes have access to high-quality development opportunities.

    Mike is a strategic coach with a passion for teaching the game, building disciplined teams, and helping players maximize their potential. E2E is excited to have him leading the 15U squad this season, where his experience and leadership will play a key role in player growth and team success.

  • Jermaine Kennedy (12U)

    Jermaine Kennedy is a high-level coach and mentor with a passion for player development and building winning programs. As an assistant coach at UW-Fond du Lac, he played a vital role in leading the program to three consecutive championship appearances, culminating in a 2024 Tournament and Conference Championship—the first time both titles were won in the same season. His leadership helped produce 9 All-Conference players and guided 11 athletes to opportunities at four-year programs, all while contributing to the highest win percentage in school history (41-14 overall record).
    A former standout high school and college player, Kennedy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his coaching. His ability to connect with athletes, develop their skills, and mentor them on and off the court has made him an invaluable asset to every program he’s been a part of. Beyond coaching, he has dedicated himself to running basketball camps and providing guidance to young athletes, ensuring they not only succeed in the game but also in life. Now serving as the Head Coach of the 12U team at E2E Elite and an Assistant Coach at North Fond du Lac High School, Kennedy continues to make a lasting impact on the next generation of players. His commitment to excellence, leadership, and passion for the game set him apart as a true difference-maker in basketball.

  • Jared Dawald (13U)

    Coach Dawald brings years of playing and coaching experience to E2E as the 13U Head Coach. Having played competitive basketball his entire life, he has developed a deep understanding of the game, which he now applies to coaching.

    With over five years of coaching experience in youth basketball and other sports, Jared is committed to developing young athletes both on and off the court. Now in his second year with E2E Elite, he has already made a significant impact—his team last season was one of the top teams in the entire program.

    Jared is a high-level coach who truly understands the X’s and O’s of basketball. His passion for the game, strategic mindset, and ability to teach and motivate players make him a valuable leader for the 13U team. He is dedicated to helping young athletes grow, compete, and reach their full potential.

  • Gus Garcia (14U)

    Gus Garcia is entering his second year as a head coach with E2E Elite, bringing over five years of coaching experience to the program. Known for his high-energy coaching style, Gus is passionate about the game and is well-respected for holding his players to a high standard with strong discipline and core values.

    In addition to his role at E2E, Gus has been heavily involved in local youth basketball. He has served as the head coach for the 8th-grade North Fond du Lac travel team and the 3rd-grade North Fond du Lac team, demonstrating his ability to develop players at multiple levels.

    Gus is a key contributor to the E2E program, bringing intensity, structure, and a commitment to player development. His focus on building strong fundamentals, accountability, and a winning mindset makes him an essential part of the coaching staff.

  • Moe Craine III (15U)

    In his first year with E2E Elite, Moe Craine III brings a wealth of experience as both a player and coach. Moe was a key contributor to the UW-Fond du Lac basketball team, helping lead them to a conference runner-up finish in 2022. His coaching experience includes serving as an assistant coach for the North Fond du Lac boys basketball team during the 2024-25 high school season.

    In addition to his basketball background, Moe was a standout track athlete, excelling in the high jump where he cleared an impressive 6’6”. His versatility and athleticism provide him with a unique perspective on coaching, instilling discipline and the importance of physical fitness in his players.

    As the head coach for the 15U Orange team, Moe is focused on developing the next generation of basketball talent through the spring and summer AAU program. His approach emphasizes skill development, basketball IQ, and a commitment to discipline both on and off the court. With his coaching background and firsthand playing experience, Moe is dedicated to ensuring his players reach their full potential and are well-prepared for success at the next level.

    Moe’s leadership, competitive spirit, and passion for the game make him an invaluable asset to the E2E Elite coaching staff, and he’s excited to guide his team to new heights this season.

  • Brennan Bryan (17U)

    Brennan Bryan brings several years of coaching experience, having spent the past four seasons coaching football, including his current role at Waupun High School. His passion for coaching extends beyond the football field, as he has been deeply involved in basketball for years, studying the game and preparing for this opportunity.

    Known for his high energy, strong communication, and passion for player development, Brennan is committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court. His competitive mindset and leadership make him a valuable asset to the E2E Elite program.

  • Trey Dixon (17U)

    Trey Dixon has been immersed in the game of basketball his entire life, both as a player and a coach. With years of AAU coaching experience, he has played a key role in developing and mentoring student-athletes from Milwaukee, helping them earn opportunities to play at the collegiate level. Trey’s passion for the game, combined with his ability to push players to their full potential, has made him a well-respected figure in the basketball community.

    Now in his first season with E2E, Trey brings a high level of intensity, grit, and basketball knowledge to the program. His leadership style emphasizes discipline, skill development, and competitive excellence, making him a valuable addition to the E2E coaching staff.

  • Brenton Baker (17U)

    Coach Brenton Baker is stepping into his first season with E2E Elite, bringing a fresh perspective and contagious energy to the program. A solid varsity player throughout his high school career, Brenton knows the grind and what it takes to compete at a high level.

    Now on the other side of the whistle, Coach Brenton is passionate about giving back and helping young athletes grow on and off the court. His dedication, positive energy, and love for the game make him a perfect fit for our 17U Puma Circuit team. He’s coaching for the right reasons — with heart, purpose, and a clear vision for developing the next generation.
